The Moon Land Resort & SPA  is located on Hurghada’s South Coast, very close to the Sheraton Street.. and the line of many famous beaches on the Old Sheraton Road.

To Hurghada Airport it´s just 7 – 10 minutes by car.

To Mamsha Promenade it´s 5 minutes, to Marina 3 minutes and to El Gouna 30 minutes to drive.

 It´s a wonderful calm location, with a fresh sea breeze and amazing sea view.

You can feel the sea breeze, enjoy the fresh air and you have a wonderful beach just in front of the Resort, it has a generous wide sandy beach, Sun beds and Umbrellas.

Cash payment - 10% discount on the Total Purchasing Price.

5 Years (20% down payment, 0% interest)

Reservation Fees: 5% of the total Studio / Apartments prices, to be deducted later from the total Price.

Wall and ceiling painting - all is done!

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STUDIO/APARTMENT PRICE!

Our team of architects and interior designers will support you from the beginning to choose YOUR apartment finishing and final design up to your personal taste.

The furniture Package:

Our company is offering furniture package: including all appliances & as well as services.

The maintenance fees:

MAINTENANCE FEES costs are 10% of the original property

purchase value (non-negotiable) and are due upon the contract

signing or turn-key.

INFLATION FEE (4% of the 10% maintenance fees), will be paid

after 3 years to compensate for the inflation, then every year.

Move in time / Finishing of the resort:

Moon Land Resort & SPA will be "ready to move in" from December 2022.

In the sales contract we guarantee this date.

Your legal ownership:

Our company “New Plus Egypt” is officially registered in Egypt,

has legal land & we are property owners of the Moon Land Resort & SPA. 

The apartment owner will be legally registered as property owner in Egypt.
